Creative Impulse: Why we create art? In this hands-on class that is part discussion, part demo and part creating your own work you’ll explore why art has been a universal form of expression since the beginning of time. Discussions will include looking at the different purposes of art and how and why it is used by different cultures. You’ll also learn the “secret language” of art coming away from class with the knowledge and confidence to both discuss and create art with a deeper understanding of its purpose. Sketch Book needed, all other supplies included.
