Free Concerts Build a Sense of Community

May 2024 – Free concerts offer the community an opportunity to discover new artists, connect with the local music scene, and have a memorable experience with friends and family. Whether it's an outdoor festival, a community event, or a small intimate performance, free concerts bring people together through the power of music.

Located in the heart of Mitchell Park in Brookfield, the Wilson Center Gerlach/Haack outdoor theater is the perfect place to spend Friday nights during the summer.

Concertgoers can bring their own picnic or purchase items from a rotating selection of food. The Wilson Center also offers a full bar outside, so friends can enjoy their favorite beverage while listening to the sounds of summer!

June 28 – Cold Sweat and The Brew City Horns. 8-piece band playing funk, R&B, soul, rock and pop.

July 5 – The Wisconsin Philharmonic. A full orchestra performing lively, high-quality classical music.

July 12 – The Rockin’ Robins (and The Classic Car Show*). Rock music from the 50’s and 60’s.

July 26 – B.D. Greer Presents: Divas and Jazz. Jazz and R&B. Winner best female vocalist by Shepherd Express in 2022.

August 2 – The 5 Card Studs. Sixties pop and soul, seventies rock, funk and disco and yacht rock.

August 9 – Irish Fest Sampler: Reilly. A preview to Irish fest courtesy of Celtic MKE, and an opening act with Irish music students from the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance.

Celebrate National Collector Appreciation Day at the Wilson Center's annual Cruisin' at the Wilson Center Classic Vehicle Show! Enjoy hundreds of the area's best classic, custom, antique, and sports cars, as well as hot rods and motorcycles. *Vehicle show is free for attendees & classic vehicle owners. No pre-registration; car show limited to first 300 cars.
