As a participant in the Teen Volunteer Program through the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center I am acknowledging that I shall abide by the following… • I will not use my cell phone during performances or events. • I will sign in and sign out with the Wilson Center supervisor each time I volunteer. • I will arrive at the scheduled arrival time based on each performance/event. • I will not leave a performance/event early unless it is previously discussed with the performance/event supervisor. • I am at least 14 years old and/or going into my freshman year of high school. • I will act responsibly and professionally in line with the Wilson Center rules and policies. I understand that this is my virtual signature and I acknowledge the statements above. I understand that I am responsible for upholding the code of conduct with the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center. I acknowledge that any violation of the contract will result in my termination from the Teen Volunteer program.
