As part of our 20th Birthday season, the Wilson Center is excited to welcome you to our inaugural lecture series celebrating Wisconsin art and artists! Designed to offer audiences a deeper look at different mediums, Arts A La Carte will expand your arts knowledge and give you intimate access to behind-the-scenes conversations within our vibrant arts and culture community.

Paul Burmeister, a Professor of Art at WLC, ha explored a variety of subject matters since receiving his <M.F.A in 1987. In this lecture he will discuss his ongoing interest in the forms of vernacular architecture and creative explorations of common Midwest building types that have received regional attention. He will share his artwork from more than 30 years of his career.
