In the past, you may have received Quarter Notes, the Wilson Center’s quarterly newsletter, by mail. But the focus on both environmentalism and cost consciousness has the Wilson Center staff reconsidering some of its communication methods—as a result this newsletter is being distributed in electronic form only.
