Milwaukee-based saxophonist Eric Schoor can be heard regularly in Milwaukee and Chicago’s finest jazz venues and has performed and recorded with nationally recognized jazz artists such as Aretha Franklin, Brian Lynch, Frank Sinatra Jr., Francois Moutin, Tom Garling, Mark Johnson, David Hazeltine, and Marty Ellis. In their debut Wilson Center performance, the Eric Schoor Quintet will explore music made by the titans of jazz that “helped redefine the jazz combo as a breathing, unified body” (The Washington Post).
