With “a vibrant mix of virtuosity, energy, and empathy” (The Washington Post), award-winning Irish ensemble Danú has dazzled audiences around the world with inspired performances that embrace their country’s rich musical heritage. Hailing from historic County Waterford, they have woven a spell around audiences worldwide with their glorious mix of ancient Irish music and new repertoire. Jubilant jigs, reels, airs, and hornpipes are delivered with a gentle spirituality and powerful earthiness that perfectly captures the Irish spirit and culture.

Now celebrating its 20th anniversary with an international tour, Danú members Muireann Nic Amhlaoibh (lead vocals, flute, whistles); Oisin McAuley (fiddle, backing vocals); Donal Clancy (guitar, lead/backing vocals); Brendan McCarthy (button accordion); Eamonn Doorley (Irish bouzouki); and Martin O’Neill (bodhran) will be joined by two renowned former members, creating an even more vibrant experience!
